Cancellation Policy
If client cancels within 24 hours of their appointment, they will be charged 50% of service.
If client no call, no shows their scheduled appointment, they will be charged 100% of service.
If client is 15 minutes late or more to their scheduled appointment, they will be asked to reschedule.
Hair by Caitlyn does not issue refunds of any kind.
If an appointment is not confirmed, it will result in a cancellation.
